OVERVIEW

The University of Newcastle College of International Education Express Preparation Program can be completed in one trimester and is designed to prepare international students for university study, both academically and socially. It provides access to over a hundred undergraduate degrees* offered by the University of Newcastle. This full-time program has been specifically designed to increase your English and academic skills, making sure you are undergraduate study ready.

* All CRICOS registered bachelor’s degree programs except the joint medical program.

  • ICFINF7000 Information Technology for Academic Purposes

  • ICFAUS7000 Australian Studies

  • ICFMAT7000 Introductory Mathematics

Percentage score requirements for Year 1 entry at the University of Newcastle:

All Bachelor degrees are three years in duration apart from combined programs and Honours degrees (4 years) and combined Laws degrees (5 years).
